Danish files with census and church records

Census records in the DDD is now approximately 1.5 million people and the census of 1787 (first official one), 1801 and 1845 (first one to mention place of birth) are now exceeding 30% coverage. Much more has already been delivered, but the process of "proof-reading" decides speed in releasing.... The delay between the delivery of finished census files to the files finaly are published from the Danish Demographic Database is very long. This is the reason for some to make there own site to publishe the files. | ||||||||||||||||||||

Here are my own humble contribution to the transformation of paper to electronic data from Refs district, Thisted county. Vestervig census 1834 - 1514 citizents Heltborg birth 1814-1833 - 306 children and the parents marriage. Heltborg/Visby 1796-1814 - 443 confirmations. Heltborg accession 1814-1833 - 406 persons moving into Heltborg. Heltborg departure 1814-1833 - 355 persons moving out of Heltborg. Heltborg marriage 1834-1865 - 177 marriage noted in Heltborg churchbook. | ||||||||||||||||||||
